How We Price Items
Our offers track the live precious metals market, which moves throughout the day. What we pay depends on:

Authenticity
Collector value, where an item has any value beyond its metal content
The spot price at the time of your visit
We do not give binding quotes over the phone, by email, or through this website, because we cannot test what we cannot hold. Any figure discussed before you come in is only a rough guide.
An offer made in the shop is good for the same day. After that, prices have moved, and we would need to look again.
If you have a written offer from somewhere else, bring it with you. We will match a reasonable one.
What We Ask of You
When you sell to us, you are confirming that:
You legally own the items, or you are authorized to sell them on behalf of the owner, as an executor would.
The items are not stolen, pledged as collateral, or subject to a dispute.
The information you give us, including your identity, is accurate.
Visiting Us and Completing a Sale
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, and no appointment is needed. If you would rather lock in a time, you can call us or book online.
We ask for a valid driver’s license before completing a purchase. This protects you as much as it protects us, and it lets us keep proper records of what we buy.
We reserve the right to decline any transaction. In practice, we do this when we suspect an item is stolen, when ownership cannot be established, when identification cannot be verified, or when something about the situation does not feel right.
